Equipped with advanced casting machinery and staffed by a professional technical team, we deliver reliable quality and stable supply guarantees for all clients.Built entirely under environmental protection concepts, our casting workshop is fitted with world-leading intermediate frequency induction furnaces, automatic molding lines, sand processing systems and core-making machines, which drastically cut energy consumption and emissions.
Precision Machining
Over 100 fully automatic production lines, rigorous quality control systems and automated testing equipment enable diversified product ranges.
Coating
The company operates 10 automated coating lines for brake discs and is an officially authorized coating partner of Japan NOF GEOMET®.Our self-developed fully automatic coating production lines integrate automation, intelligent control, precise coating regulation systems and product traceability systems.The Group provides full coating, half coating and custom coating services as required by clients, with optional coating colors and coverage areas. We adopt water-based coatings that are pollution-free and biodegradable.
Inspection
World-class advanced equipment including fully automatic coordinate measuring machines, automatic spectrometers, online automatic inspection systems and automatic balance testers are widely deployed throughout quality inspection and control procedures, providing robust support for product development and acceptance verification.
