Standard Brake Disc
A wide range of conventional and high-carbon materials including G3000, GG20, GG15HC and GG20HC are available for selection.Conventional material features: stable performance, long service life and excellent product consistency. High-carbon material features: superior vibration absorption, improved heat dissipation, and resistance to thermal cracking and deformation.

Lightweight Products
To meet the demand for lightweight brake discs of new energy vehicles, our company has independently developed multiple series of composite brake discs with rivet connection, bolt connection and steel column connection. These products achieve a weight reduction of up to 25%-30%, delivering superior driving comfort and energy efficiency.
The bolt-connected brake disc series maintains axial and radial degrees of freedom of the product under high-temperature conditions, prevents DTV increment caused by conical deformation of brake discs, and thus effectively suppresses brake judder.The steel column-connected series integrates multiple casting and assembly processes. While realizing lightweight design, it meets the general applicability requirements of most vehicle models on the market.
